NJCCIC Data Breach Notification

Summary

PayMyTab – a mobile payment terminal company – revealed customer data via an unsecured Amazon Web Services (AWS) database. vpnMentor researchers disclosed the data breach, which includes customer information, such as names, email addresses, and order details, as well as the last four digits of their payment card numbers. The database is believed to have been exposed from July 2018 to early November 2019.
