According to cyberwarnews, a user by the name of “booloop” stated that an anonymous user gave them 850,729 US military officers’ email addresses with full names and telephone numbers. Information from 2002 to 2017 was included in this data set.

The NJCCIC recommends individuals with Recruitmilitary.com accounts be on alert for increased social engineering campaigns as a result of the breach.
